Position Overview
We are currently seeking a motivated Entry Level Event Associate to support our growing events team in Fayetteville, NC. This is an entry-level opportunity ideal for individuals looking to start a career in event coordination, marketing, or production.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with event setup, breakdown, and on-site coordination
Help manage event schedules and timelines
Provide support to guests, clients, and vendors during events
Coordinate registration and check-in processes
Maintain event inventory and supplies
Assist in post-event reporting and feedback collection
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent required
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
Ability to lift up to 25 lbs and stand for extended periods
