We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Associate to help coordinate promotional events, community outreach campaigns, and brand activations in the Atlanta area.
This role is perfect for someone looking to gain hands-on experience in event planning, marketing support, and campaign coordination.
Key Responsibilities
Assist with planning, setup, and execution of promotional eventsSupport event logistics including materials, scheduling, and coordinationRepresent the company professionally at local events and campaignsHelp maintain event materials and branding consistencyTrack event participation and assist with performance reportingCollaborate with marketing and operations teamsSupport post-event breakdown and follow-up tasks
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent requiredStrong communication and interpersonal skillsAbility to work flexible hours, including occasional evenings or weekendsDetail-oriented with strong organizational skillsTeam player with a positive attitudePrevious event or customer-facing experience is helpful but not required
