Entry-level Event Consulting

Position Overview We’re seeking an Entry-Level Event Consultant to support the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing events. This role is perfect for someone who is people-focused, detail-oriented, and eager to build a career in marketing and event strategy. You’ll work closely with senior consultants and marketing leads to ensure each campaign delivers value for our clients and memorable experiences for their customers. Key Responsibilities • Assist in planning and executing promotional marketing events across the Houston area • Represent client brands in a professional and engaging manner at event sites • Interact directly with customers to build brand awareness and drive engagement • Provide feedback and suggestions to improve event outcomes and client satisfaction • Help prepare promotional materials, event logistics, and on-site setup • Monitor event performance and report key data to internal teams • Participate in team briefings, client meetings, and hands-on training sessions • Maintain a strong understanding of client goals, brand values, and market positioning
