Job Description:
We are looking for a motivated and detail-oriented Entry Level Event Coordinator to join our team in Reno, NV. As an Event Coordinator, you will play a key role in planning and executing events that align with our clients' goals and expectations. This position provides an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience in event planning and coordination while growing within our company.

Responsibilities:

Assist in planning, organizing, and executing events from start to finish Coordinate with vendors, venues, and clients to ensure event success Manage event logistics, including setup, registration, and attendee communication Monitor event timelines and ensure deadlines are met Provide on-site support during events to ensure smooth operations Collaborate with the team to create event materials, such as invitations and programs Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Communications, or a related field Strong organizational and multitasking skills Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to work well under pressure and adapt to changing circumstances Proficiency in MS Office and event management software is a plus Enthusiasm for event planning and a willingness to learn Benefits:
