Position Summary
Harvest Advertising Inc. is looking for an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Coordinator to assist with organizing and coordinating events, promotional activities, and on-site operations. This opportunity is suited to someone who enjoys planning, managing details, and working with others to ensure activities run smoothly. Training will be provided.

Responsibilities

Assist with organizing event schedules, timelines, and preparation tasks.
Coordinate event materials, signage, displays, and supplies.
Communicate event details and assignments with team members.
Support venue preparation, event setup, and post-event breakdown.
Help ensure event spaces are organized and ready for attendees.
Welcome guests and provide general event information when needed.
Monitor supplies and communicate logistical needs to the team.
Track assigned responsibilities and help maintain event schedules.
Gather feedback and contribute ideas for improving future events.
Follow company procedures and applicable safety guidelines.
