Job Description Responsibilities Include • Assist in planning and coordinating all aspects of events, from initial concept to final execution • Communicate with vendors, clients, and internal team members to ensure smooth event operations • Help manage event logistics, including venue selection, catering, transportation, and accommodation arrangements • Create and maintain detailed event schedules and timelines • Assist with event marketing and promotional activities, including social media, email campaigns, and print materials • Coordinate event registration and attendee communication • Support on-site event management, including setup, teardown, and addressing any issues that arise Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent work experience) • Previous experience in event planning or coordination is a plus • Strong organizational and multitasking skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
