Job Title: Event Management – Entry Level

Pay: $800 – $1,200 per week (Hourly)

We are seeking motivated and ambitious individuals to join our team in Minneapolis as Event Management. This is an entry-level position with a clear path to leadership. You’ll start by learning the essentials of retail sales and customer service, then progress into coaching, team leadership, and store management responsibilities.

Responsibilities

Provide outstanding customer service and support shoppers with their needs
Learn and apply sales techniques to drive customer acquisition and increase revenue
Assist with daily store operations, including merchandising, inventory, and store presentation
Participate in management training sessions, leadership workshops, and team meetings
Work closely with supervisors to set goals, measure performance, and develop leadership skills
Prepare for future management responsibilities such as mentoring new hires and leading teams

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Self-motivated, adaptable, and eager to take on leadership opportunities
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment
Flexible schedule availability (days, evenings, weekends)
No prior management experience required—we provide complete training
