Entry Level : Event Marketing / Event Management

We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals to join our team as Entry Level Event Marketing / Event Management associates. In this role, you will play a key part in planning, promoting, and executing events for our clients. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about events, marketing, and making a positive impact. Responsibilities... • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including logistics, venue selection, and vendor management • Contribute to the development of event marketing strategies and promotional campaigns • Collaborate with marketing teams to create engaging content for event promotion across various channels, including social media, email, and print • Engage with clients and stakeholders to understand their event objectives and requirements, and ensure their needs are met throughout the planning process • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, registration, and attendee assistance • Assist with post-event evaluation and analysis, gathering feedback and insights to inform future event planning and marketing efforts • Stay informed about industry trends and best practices in event marketing and management Qualifications: • Strong communication and interpersonal skills • Highly organized with excellent attention to detail • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and independently • Passion for events, marketing, and creating memorable experiences • Previous experience in event planning, marketing, or related fields is a plus but not required
