As an Entry Level Event Specialist, you will play a crucial role in coordinating and executing a variety of events, from corporate meetings and conferences to social gatherings and promotional activities.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in the planning and execution of a variety of events including corporate meetings, product launches, and social gatherings.Coordinate logistics such as venue selection, catering, and audiovisual needs to ensure smooth operations during events.Communicate with vendors, clients, and stakeholders to gather requirements and confirm event details.Help develop event timelines and budgets to maintain project schedules and financial targets.Prepare event materials, including invitations, programs, and signage, ensuring accuracy and professionalism.Provide on-site support during events, including setup, guest registration, and troubleshooting any issues that arise.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseBachelor's degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred.Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact effectively with team members, clients, and vendors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiarity with event management software is a plus.Demonstrated ability to work well in a team-oriented environment and contribute positively to a collaborative culture.A proactive attitude with a willingness to learn and take on new challenges in a fast-paced setting.BenefitsCompetitive salaryHealth, dental, and vision insurancePaid time off and holidaysOpportunities for professional development and advancement
