Job Description We are seeking an enthusiastic Entry Level Event Specialist to join our dynamic team. This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about event planning and management and are eager to kick-start their careers in this vibrant industry. In this role, you will assist in the planning, organizing, and execution of various events, from corporate meetings and trade shows to social gatherings and promotional events. Pay Range: $1050 - $1350 weekly Responsibilities Assist in the planning and coordination of various events, including corporate and social gatherings. Communicate with clients and vendors to gather requirements and finalize event details. Help develop event themes, layouts, and schedules in collaboration with senior team members. Participate in on-site event management to ensure all elements run smoothly and troubleshoot any issues that arise. Monitor event budgets and assist with invoicing and payments as needed. Conduct post-event evaluations to gather feedback and identify areas for improvement Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Event Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field preferred. Strong organizational skills with excellent attention to detail. Effective verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and familiar with event management software. Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as events require.
