Job Description:

We are is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic Entry Level Event Staff member to join our dynamic team in Austin, TX. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals looking to gain hands-on experience in event operations, customer service, and team coordination within a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up and breaking down event spaces, equipment, tables, displays, and materials.
Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout events.
Support event staff with registration, check-in, and general guest inquiries.
Help maintain organized and clean event areas before, during, and after events.
Assist with distributing event materials, badges, programs, and other supplies.
Coordinate with team members to help ensure event activities run smoothly and efficiently.

Requirements:

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
Previous event, hospitality, customer service, or operations experience is a plus but not required.
Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
Friendly, professional, and positive attitude.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
