About The Role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and people-focused Entry Level Event Staff member to join our growing team in Miami, FL. This is an on-site, customer-facing opportunity designed for individuals who enjoy interacting with people, supporting event operations, and creating positive experiences for guests and attendees.

What You'll Do

Assist with the setup and breakdown of events, displays, materials, and event spaces. Welcome guests and provide friendly, professional assistance throughout events. Support registration, check-in, and general attendee needs. Provide information about event activities, services, schedules, and programs. Engage with attendees and help create a positive and welcoming event experience. Assist event team members with daily operational and customer-facing tasks.
