The Entry Level Events Assistant will assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of company and client events. Key ResponsibilitiesAssist with planning and coordinating events, including client meetings, workshops, and company functions.Support the events team with logistical tasks, such as scheduling, vendor communications, and venue preparations.Prepare and organize materials, including attendee lists, event programs, and promotional items.Help with on-site event setup, registration, and troubleshooting.Maintain accurate records of event details, budgets, and follow-up notes.Collaborate with team members to ensure event goals are met and assist with post-event evaluations.Provide general administrative support as needed for the events team.
