Set up, maintain, and break down event displays, branded materials, and equipment at event venues Greet and engage with event attendees to share information about our clients’ products and services Distribute promotional materials and answer questions from the public in a professional manner Support the team lead to ensure each event runs on schedule and meets client standards Record event activity such as attendance, interactions, and customer feedback Help load, transport, and organize event supplies before and after each activation Participate in daily team briefings and post-event debriefs Must be able to stand, walk, and remain physically active throughout event shifts Must have reliable transportation to reach event locations across the Houston area Must be available at least one day on weekends, as events are sometimes held on Saturdays or Sundays Prior experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, or a public-facing role Comfortable speaking with members of the public in group settings Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions in a busy environment Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus but is not required Compensation and Benefits This is a paid, full-time W-2 employee position.
