Location: Houston, TX (On-Site)

Pay: $600 per week (W-2 employee position)

Schedule: Monday through Friday; some weekend events required

We are an event marketing company based in Houston, TX. We partner with established consumer brands to plan and execute promotional events and brand activations across the greater Houston area. Our team works directly at events to connect brands with their customers in a meaningful way.
Job Summary
We are hiring one full-time Events and Promotions Associate to join our on-site events team in Houston, TX. This is an entry-level position. The associate will support the planning and execution of promotional events on behalf of our consumer brand clients.
In this role, you will represent and promote our clients’ consumer products and services at events held at retail locations, community spaces, and other venues throughout Houston. No prior experience is required. Paid, hands-on training is provided from your first day.

Responsibilities

Set up, maintain, and break down event displays, branded materials, and equipment at event venues
Greet and engage with event attendees to share information about our clients’ products and services
Distribute promotional materials and answer questions from the public in a professional manner
Support the team lead to ensure each event runs on schedule and meets client standards
Record event activity such as attendance, interactions, and customer feedback
Help load, transport, and organize event supplies before and after each activation
Participate in daily team briefings and post-event debriefs

Required Qualifications
All applicants must meet the following requirements:

Must be 18 years of age or older
Must be authorized to work in the United States
Must be available to work on-site in Houston, TX. This is not a remote position.
Must be able to stand, walk, and remain physically active throughout event shifts
Must have reliable transportation to reach event locations across the Houston area
Must be available at least one day on weekends, as events are sometimes held on Saturdays or Sundays

Preferred Qualifications The following are not required but may be considered as a plus:

Prior experience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, or a public-facing role
Comfortable speaking with members of the public in group settings
Organized and detail-oriented with the ability to follow directions in a busy environment
Proficiency in both English and Spanish is a plus but is not required

Compensation and Benefits
This is a paid, full-time W-2 employee position. The base salary is $600 per week. All training is fully paid.

Work Environment
This position is based in Houston, TX. Work takes place at event venues, retail locations, and public spaces throughout the greater Houston area. Events may be held indoors or outdoors. Associates are on their feet and active for most of each shift.
Associates in this role promote and market consumer products and services on behalf of our brand clients. Specific product and brand details are covered during paid onboarding and training.

This is not a remote or work-from-home position. Associates are expected to report to designated event locations each day.
