The Live-Event Producer is a key position within the ETA organization as this role is responsible for managing the entire event production lifecycle for multiple customers. • Managing budget and delivery expectation with customers and internal production team • Working with Operations and Creative teams to provide proper support to the customer and to the ETA execution team. Essential Duties And Responsibilities • Customer communications and relationship management • Build and manage event financial budgets and supporting documents. • Create and manage project timelines and milestones. • Detail and deadline-oriented • Exceptional oral and written communication and organizational skills • Ability to plan, execute and complete projects • Experience managing and overseeing budgets ($250k+) • 5-7 years’ experience in the live events production space – ideally in the Producer role • 5-7 plus years’ managing a medium/large team to plan, deploy, manage and administer complex
