Evening Events Planner

The Event Planner helps supervise Facility Rental operations, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction in all aspects of event operations while supporting the Aquarium's mission to connect people with nature and empower them to make informed decisions about water and wildlife. • Serve as Manager on Duty for some evening events as requested by, ensuring total guest satisfaction. • Actively engage and communicate with guests, staff and management. • Work collaboratively with the Event Operations Manager and Events Assistant Manager to assist in the implementation of Membership, Development, and internal events, including fundraising, membership and other internal events. • Maintain an excellent working relationship with internal departments to aid in the implementation of such events.
