The Event Planner helps supervise Facility Rental operations ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction in all aspects of event operations while supporting the Aquariums mission to connect people with nature and empower them to make informed decisions about water and wildlife. • Serve as Manager on Duty for some evening events as requested by ensuring total guest satisfaction. • Actively engage and communicate with guests staff and management. • Work collaboratively with the Event Operations Manager and Events Assistant Manager to assist in the implementation of Membership Development and internal events including fundraising membership and other internal events. • Work closely with caterers and vendors to ensure quality and adhesion to Aquarium guidelines and recycling efforts during events.
