Event & Activation Specialist

The Events and Activation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting high-impact marketing events and brand activations that bring Revelyst Golf Technology's products and stories to life. As an Events & Activation Specialist you have the opportunity to: Brand Activations & Experiential Marketing • Support the development and execution of engaging brand activations that drive hands-on product interaction and customer engagement • Execute consumer-facing experiences such as demos, fittings, trials, and experiential pop-ups • Collaborate with marketing, sales, retail, and product teams to activate key campaigns and product launches in market • Ensure all activations deliver a premium, on-brand experience aligned with Revelyst Golf Technology's brand standards Cross-Functional Collaboration & Promotion • Partner with internal teams to align events and activations with broader marketing and go-to-market strategies • Coordinate event and activation assets, including signage, collateral, giveaways, demo equipment, and branded materials • Support event promotion and communication efforts in collaboration with digital and communications teams You Have: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 2-4 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with consumers and partners in person • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external vendors • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as required by events • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus • Passion for golf, sports, or performance-driven technology is highly preferred
