Event & Activation Specialist

The Events and Activation Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and supporting high-impact marketing events and brand activations that bring Revelyst Golf Technology’s products and stories to life. As an Events & Activation Specialist you have the opportunity to: Events Planning & Execution • Plan, coordinate, and execute a wide range of marketing events, including trade shows, product launches, tournaments, demos, consumer events, and internal activations • Manage event timelines, budgets, logistics, and vendor relationships (venues, contractors, freight, catering, etc.) Cross-Functional Collaboration & Promotion • Partner with internal teams to align events and activations with broader marketing and go-to-market strategies • Coordinate event and activation assets, including signage, collateral, giveaways, demo equipment, and branded materials • Support event promotion and communication efforts in collaboration with digital and communications teams You Have • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Event Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience) • 2–4 years of experience in event marketing, experiential marketing, or field marketing • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; comfortable engaging with consumers and partners in person • Ability to work cross-functionally and manage external vendors • Willingness to travel and work occasional evenings or weekends as required by events • Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with project management tools and CRM platforms is a plus • Passion for golf, sports, or performance-driven technology is highly preferred
