Posting Summary The Grossman School of Business Event Administrative Support Coordinator is responsible for providing coordination and administrative support for programs and events within the Grossman School of Business (GSB). Minimum Qualifications (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Associate degree in business, hospitality or related field and one to three years of event, hospitality or other related experience required. Demonstrated customer service, administrative, and operational support skills required. Special Conditions Bargaining unit position, External candidates must complete a 4-month probationary period, Occasional evening and/or weekends required (if non-exempt position, may result in overtime), A probationary period may be required for current UVM employees, Background Check required for this position Job Open Date 02/05/2024
