Job Description: The Events & Logistics Coordinator plays a critical role in the success of our regional programs. This position requires a strong understanding of logistics, event planning, and commercial driving. Main Responsibilities: • Coordinate logistics for regional programs, including transportation and storage of assets • Execute and orchestrate visual merchandising to engage customers and promote our brand • Work closely with leadership to plan and execute events, ensuring seamless execution and excellent customer experiences • Develop strategic plans for retail fronts with Area Managers, aligning with company goals and objectives Other Responsibilities: • Manage warehouse operations and attend to immediate and future program needs • Collaborate with other BMG staff to ensure quality placement of assets and pricing at retail fronts • Sources event locations on behalf of leadership and makes introductions • Operates within Company guidelines, supporting Standard Operating Procedures and Retail Operations Guidebook Qualifications: • 5+ years' experience with driving larger assets preferred • Additional skills and experience in marketing, client interaction, or technical skills as well as military veterans with service in logistics and transportation support would be an added plus for consideration • Ability to travel six to eight weeks outside of local market territory
