You will work closely with clients to understand their vision, develop customized event proposals, manage budgets, coordinate with vendors, and oversee all logistical aspects to ensure seamless and memorable experiences. Responsibilities include managing the catering sales team, driving revenue growth, developing marketing strategies, ensuring adherence to health and safety standards, and leading the event staff to provide outstanding guest service. The ideal candidate will possess a passion for hospitality, exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, and a proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a high-pressure environment. A Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Management, or a related field, along with at least 4 years of progressive experience in event planning and catering management, is required. Minimum of 4 years of experience in event planning and catering management.
