The Event and Communications Specialist will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and executing events on a global scale. The Event and Communications Specialist will work closely with internal teams and external agencies to drive all parts of event planning and project management, ensuring collaborative communication, adherence to budgeting, support of brand initiatives, and seamless execution of project deliverables. Strong experience with global events in required. Responsibilities: • Spearhead the planning and execution of the organization’s large-scale internal events, managing onsite event management while simultaneously balancing the coordination of multiple watch parties across the globe. • Maintain alignment with budgeting, tracking event spends across all vendors and all event locations.
