Event and Conference Manager

Event Planning: • Communicate and collaborate with external organizations and internal staff seeking meeting and/or event space about their needs and El Pomar expectations; provide thorough and detailed support for external and internal event planners, including conducting site-visits, aligning catering arrangements, and proposing venue set-ups • Process and manage meeting details and coordinate with conference support staff members A successful candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent with at least six (6) years of experience. • Full-time employees with at least 1 year of service may be reimbursed for undergraduate or graduate academic course work that maintains or improves job related skills or are in the Foundation's areas of interest.
