Event and Conference Manager

Event Planning: • Communicate and collaborate with external organizations and internal staff seeking meeting and/or event space about their needs and El Pomar expectations; provide thorough and detailed support for external and internal event planners, including conducting site-visits, aligning catering arrangements, and proposing venue set-ups • Process and manage meeting details and coordinate with conference support staff members A successful candidate must be a high school graduate or equivalent with at least six (6) years of experience. • Full-time employees with at least 1 year of service may be reimbursed for undergraduate or graduate academic course work that maintains or improves job related skills or are in the Foundation's areas of interest. This reimbursement may be considered a taxable event to the employee. Other Insurance • 100% employer paid Basic Life and AD&D Insurance • 100% employer paid Long Term Disability Insurance
