Event and Experience Manager

We are looking for a highly motivated Event and Experience Manager to join our team! About the Role • Design and deliver engaging experiences that exceed client expectations • Collaborate with store team members to create memorable events and experiences • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and preferences • Manage event logistics, including decorations, supplies, and equipment • Evaluate client satisfaction and implement improvements Responsibilities • Plan and coordinate events, including setup, execution, and cleanup • Demonstrate and instruct craft projects, face painting, and other activities • Facilitate party add-ons, such as goody bags, balloons, and more • Communicate effectively with clients and store team members • Process transactions, handle customer complaints, and provide solutions • Maintain accurate records of event details, attendance, and sales data This is an excellent opportunity to develop your skills in event management, customer service, and teamwork while working in a dynamic retail environment.
