Event and Logistics Specialist, Customer Relations

Position Responsibilities: • Uses moderate knowledge of U.S. and foreign government regulations, international cultures, customs, and company policies and procedures to establish plans • Uses knowledge of company resources and vendor services to execute plans • Executes logistics including badging, parking passes, transportation, rental car reservations, hotel reservations, catering, and tours • Develops plans for customer activities with appropriate supervision • Makes recommendations and revisions during agenda preparation and maintenance process in order to satisfy customer and event requirements • Prepares agenda drafts and final versions to be shared with internal teams, including executives, as well as customers • Assists with logistics for business meetings, customer events, and deliveries (can be on-site or at an off-site location) • Ensures the administrative tasks associated with coordinating the visits, including accurate and timely submittal of invoices, is complete • Compares invoice data (estimates vs. actuals) to identify and report anomalies • Track data and provide status reports for special events, deliveries, and customer engagements. • Negotiates and identifies requirements and communicates to key personnel • Monitors accounts when a senior Customer Relations Specialists request assistance either for the remainder of the day or per the manager’s discretion • Provides coverage for coworkers who are out of the office for various lengths of time.
