Event and Marketing Coordinator

Company Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Event and Marketing Coordinator at A.casa Event Space located in St Louis, MO. The Event and Marketing Coordinator will also manage the execution of events held at A.casa Event Space and ensure that all events are well-coordinated, deliver to and above client expectations, and foster a kind a welcoming environtment to all of our guets. In addition, the Event and Marketing Coordinator will ensure that the facility is well-maintained, stocked, and prepared for events. Qualifications • Excellent communication, organization, and project management skills • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and work effectively under pressure • Experience with marketing and event coordination is preferred • Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with staff, our team and clients with respect, kindness, adaptability • Proven ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion • A bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field is preferred
