Type: Temporary-to-Permanent (T2P... Reports to: Program Director Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of association events, both virtual and in-person • Support membership recruitment and retention efforts, including processing applications and maintaining membership databases • Collaborate with internal teams to develop marketing materials and communications for events and membership initiatives • Provide administrative support to the Program Director and other team members as needed • Attend and assist with local events in New England, as required (approximately 6-8 events per quarter) • Assist in event setup and logistics, including onsite support during event days • Handle inquiries and provide assistance to members and event attendees Requirements: • 1+ years of administrative experience; experience in events and marketing is a plus • Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Word and Excel); training provided for internal systems (AMS - Association Management System) • Willingness to travel to local events in New England (approximately 6-8 events per quarter) • Prior experience working within non-profits and events is advantageous • Bachelor's Degree is preferred Additional Information: • This is a newly created position offering the opportunity for growth and professional development within this organization.
