Employee will work under agency policies and procedures and is expected to be familiar with agency protocol in dealing with various groups of people. • Responsible for planning, coordinating and the management of all Patriots Point community events and external event bookings. In the course of these duties, the employee is the primary client contact at Patriots Point for customers and takes the lead in scheduling and executing all facets of the event, coordinating as needed with other departments, and generating work orders and Master Calendar entries as needed. Employee may be required to perform other duties as assigned to accomplish the mission of the Agency. A high school diploma and work experience directly related to the area of employment or a bachelor’s degree in a related field.
