Event and Program Coordinator

The Events and Program Coordinator will support the Marketing and Special Events department with all aspects of logistics, planning, and execution of special events. What you’ll bring: • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing, communications, or related field of study • 2+ years of professional experience in sports, either with a team, brand or agency; preferred experiences in event planning and execution, brand strategy, corporate partnership activation/sales or premium service/sales • Excellent interpersonal and decision-making skills • Creative thinker with a passion for generating innovative event ideas • Must be highly organized, with an ability to handle high volume of detail-oriented work • Thrive in a fast-paced workplace where managing multiple projects is critical to success • Ability to stand/sit/walk for extended periods of time • Ability to lift/push/pull 30lbs on a regular basis • Must be timely and have a flexible work schedule in order to effectively support special event responsibilities throughout the year: weekends, nights and holidays as dictated by events or requirements Please do not contact the Saints/Pelicans Human Resources or Hiring Manager to check the status of your application.
