size of event will determine number of events held • Curating ideas to bring government, industry, and academia together in support of technology transfer and transition (T3) activities • Previous work in the DoD preferred but willingness to learn and understand nuances a must • Coordinate event activities, resources, equipment and information while executing all delivery elements within time limits • Maintain comprehensive project documentation • Schedule tasks to internal teams in order to meet work priorities and goals and assist with schedule management • Assist with management of event operations (preparing venue, catering, etc.) • Coordinate within team to publicize projects via AF CyberWorx’s website, social media, traditional media, and other avenues to gain interest and commercial industry participation • Consult with Program Manager, customer, and clients to identify and define requirements for project and/or event execution and plan event with attention to financial and time constraints • Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise • Research vendors and choose the best combination of quality and cost • Assist with capture of sprint and project results by attending events, taking notes, and writing a detailed description of project outcomes • Assist with taking notes and gathering participant feedback during follow-on events The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required.
