The Event Planner / Producer will be responsible for managing logistics, coordinating vendors and exhibitors, securing permits, and ensuring that all operational components align smoothly to create a high-quality experience for attendees, sponsors, and industry partners. This position offers a competitive hourly rate of $20 to $25 and is designed as a part-time role, requiring 20 to 30 hours per week.
