Job Overview: Responsibilities: • Works closely and communicates with Event Producers • Attend weekly meetings and assists in making copies and prepares documents needed for the meeting • Track and update inventory of in-house rentals and update event software continually • Answer the phone and distribute calls/messages accordingly • After training, be knowledgeable in fielding new clients and navigating to the appropriate locations • Organize schedules and calendars to keep track of incoming inquires, in-studio meetings, etc. Requirements: • At least 1 year of administrative experience • Excellent organization skills • Ability to understand, read, write, and speak English • Proficient in Microsoft products • Ability to think out of the box and problem-solve when needed • Good verbal and written communication skills to communicate successfully with the team • Ability to multitask and delegate when needed • Must be 18 years old or older • Interest in the event industry is a bonus.
