As an Event Assistant, you will assist in all stages of event preparation, from concept development to post-event follow-up. You will work closely with event managers and vendors to ensure events run smoothly, professionally, and within budget. Key Responsibilities: • Assist in the planning and coordination of events, including corporate events, conferences, trade shows, weddings, and social gatherings. • Assist with event setup, including the preparation of materials, signage, and event spaces. • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and event promotion on social media or other platforms.
