Under the guidance of the Event Manager, the Event Assistant will engage in a variety of responsibilities that ensure the smooth operation of events and the overall management of the venue. The Event Assistant will communicate and manage repairs, maintenance, and security of the venue, ensuring that all areas are cleaned and organized to meet the standards set by the Event Manager. Additionally, the role involves ensuring compliance with legal, safety, and health regulations, as well as maintaining knowledge of current event planning standards and trends.
