The ideal candidate is highly organized, thrives in fast-paced environments, and has excellent communication skills. This role involves assisting with event logistics, vendor coordination, administrative tasks, and on-site event support to ensure seamless execution.Key ResponsibilitiesAssist in planning and organizing events, including corporate functions, trade shows, and private gatherings.Coordinate with vendors, venues, caterers, and other event service providers.Support event marketing efforts, including social media promotion and email outreach.Prepare event materials such as name tags, programs, and signage.Handle event registration, guest lists, and attendee communication.Assist with budget tracking, invoices, and expense reports.Provide on-site support, including setup, breakdown, and troubleshooting during events.Ensure compliance with company and venue policies and safety regulations.Skills, Knowledge and ExpertiseStrong organizational and multitasking skills.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and event management software is a plus.Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules.Problem-solving mindset and ability to stay calm under pressure.A team player with a proactive and positive attitude.BenefitsGrowth opportunities within the company.Comprehensive training and onboarding.Paid time off and holidays.A positive and supportive work environment.
