Job Overview To be considered for this role, applicants must complete the application process after clicking "Apply Now" and being redirected to the follow-up screen. • Secure all property including buildings and doors that require locking and unlocking • Conduct regular property walks to ensure safety and security • Respond promptly to emergency situations • Interact with various individuals including management, fellow employees, and the public • Ensure the safety of all individuals on the premises • Address unruly behavior in a professional manner • Work independently while making sound judgments for immediate response • High school diploma or GED equivalent • 6-12 months of prior security experience preferably in a similar environment • Valid driver's license required • Ability to work with minimal supervision • Strong customer service skills and effective communication abilities • Good written, verbal, and interpersonal skills necessary for interacting with all staff levels • Flexibility to work irregular hours including night shifts, weekends, and holidays • Professional presentation and work ethic expected • Collaboration with emergency personnel and provision of accurate descriptions and directions • Utilization of two-way radios, monitoring phones, and closed circuit security cameras
