Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Experience with in-person customer services with outstanding customer service skills. • Excellent time management and communication skills • The ability to work well with groups • Professionalism in interactions, language, personal presentation, work habits, and in performance of day to day tasks • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other computer/technology knowledge.
