The Event Assistant must be a motivated and enthusiastic person with the ability to provide outstanding customer service while organizing memorable events that exceed expectations from conception to completion. At times, support with other types of events will be required. Candidates must have excellent verbal and communication skills, be highly organized with the ability to meet multiple concurrent deadlines, be able to provide outstanding customer service and remain professional at all times, be detail oriented and have the ability to multitask, be able to think and respond quickly to offer solutions to challenges in an efficient manner, and have strong technology skills, including: Google Workspace and Microsoft Office Suite. Required Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities: • Experience with in-person customer services with outstanding customer service skills. • Excellent time management and communication skills • The ability to work well with groups • Professionalism in interactions, language, personal presentation, work habits, and in performance of day to day tasks • Proficient computer skills, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite, Google Workspace, and other computer/technology knowledge.
