The Opportunity
If you’re looking to build real-world experience in sales, customer acquisition, and brand promotion, this role is for you. You’ll start with hands-on training and have the opportunity to grow quickly based on performance.
What You’ll Do
Sales & Customer Acquisition
Engage with customers in person during live marketing campaigns and pop-up activationsPresent product/service offerings clearly and confidentlyWork toward daily performance goals (leads, sign-ups, conversions, sales targets)Training & Skill Development
Learn our proven sales scripts, customer engagement systems, and campaign toolsBuild skills in closing, objection handling, communication, and time managementDevelop leadership and public speaking through coaching sessions and team workshopsTeam & Growth Track
Work directly with experienced leaders and learn how campaigns are managedGain exposure to operations such as scheduling, HR support, client reporting, and logisticsAdvancement opportunities for high performers
Who We’re Looking For:
Able to reliably commute to Coral Gables every morningComfortable working in-person, speaking to new people daily, and being on your feetCompetitive mindset, strong work ethic, and coachable attitudeStrong communication skills and professional, positive energy
