Event Assistant

Level Up USA is looking for a dynamic, people-first Events Assistant to help create unforgettable experiences, build meaningful relationships, and grow our presence in the community.

This role is perfect for someone who loves bringing people together, thrives in fast-paced environments, and enjoys turning ideas into successful events and experiences. Every day is different, and you'll have the opportunity to connect with customers, local organizations, businesses, and community members while helping Level Up USA grow.

What You'll Do

Plan, coordinate, and execute community events and activationsRecruit, train, and support event staff and volunteersCoordinate event logistics, setup, operations, and breakdownWork closely with leadership to identify growth opportunities within the communityTrack event performance and recommend improvements

What We're Looking For

Strong communication and relationship-building skillsExperience in events, hospitality, retail, customer service, sales, promotions, or community engagementComfortable speaking with customers, partners, and large groupsOrganized, proactive, and able to manage multiple projects at onceCreative problem solver who can adapt quickly in a fast-moving environmentWillingness to work occasional evenings and weekends for eventsPassion for creating positive experiences and building community connections
