Responsibilities

Assist with event planning and logistics
Coordinate with clients and team members to ensure all event components are aligned and executed smoothly
Support event marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels and engaging with attendees
Manage guest services by providing exceptional hospitality, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendees
Handle onsite operations such as registration, guest management, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during events
Contribute to post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and assisting with follow-up activities to improve future events

Experience

Familiarity with event marketing strategies and upselling techniques to enhance attendee engagement and revenue opportunities
Proven ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently through excellent time management and organizational skills
Exceptional customer service skills with a focus on guest satisfaction in fast-paced environments
