We're hiring an Event Assistant to join our Louisville team. This is an entry-level position with paid training, so you don't need previous events experience to apply. If you're enthusiastic, dependable, and enjoy working as part of a team, we'd love to hear from you.

What You'll Be Doing

You'll help support promotional events and brand campaigns from start to finish. That could mean preparing displays before an event begins, welcoming attendees, answering questions, or helping ensure everything stays organized throughout the day.

No two events are exactly alike, so you'll enjoy plenty of variety while gaining hands-on experience in events, marketing, and customer engagement.

Responsibilities

Assist with setting up and dismantling event displays and materialsWelcome attendees and provide a friendly first impressionShare information about products, services, and promotionsSupport customer engagement activities during eventsHelp keep event areas clean, organized, and well presentedWork closely with teammates to ensure events run smoothlyProvide feedback after events to help improve future campaigns
