Responsibilities

Assist with event planning and logisticsCoordinate with clients and team members to ensure all event components are aligned and executed smoothlySupport event marketing efforts by promoting events through various channels and engaging with attendeesManage guest services by providing exceptional hospitality, answering inquiries, and ensuring a positive experience for all attendeesHandle onsite operations such as registration, guest management, and troubleshooting any issues that arise during eventsContribute to post-event evaluations by gathering feedback and assisting with follow-up activities to improve future eventsExperience
