Navimark Solutions is hiring an Event Assistant to support customer engagement, promotional activities, and product education. This is an entry-level opportunity for someone who is outgoing, organized, and comfortable communicating with a variety of people.
As an Event Assistant, you’ll help customers learn about available products and services, answer questions, support promotional activities, and help create a positive experience. Strong customer engagement is central to the Event Assistant role.
What You'll Do
Work as an Event Assistant while interacting with customers
Introduce customers to available products and services
Explain product features and promotional offers
Answer customer questions and provide helpful information
Assist with customer enrollment and service-related processes
Support product demonstrations and promotional activities
Build positive customer engagement through helpful interactions
Communicate customer feedback to the team
