Introduction

We are looking for an organized and enthusiastic Event Assistant to help coordinate activities and deliver positive experiences for guests and participants. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys working in a dynamic environment, interacting with different people, and supporting the successful execution of events. Training and team guidance will help the selected candidate build valuable event coordination skills.

Responsibilities

* Assist with preparing event spaces, materials, and assigned resources.
* Help coordinate event schedules and daily activities.
* Welcome attendees and provide helpful information when needed.
* Support promotional displays, demonstrations, and interactive event activities.
* Work with team members to maintain an organized and engaging environment.
* Monitor event areas and help address routine requests or unexpected needs.
* Assist with post-event organization and provide feedback on completed activities.
