We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Event Assistant to support the execution of promotional events, community outreach activities, and public engagement initiatives. This entry-level role involves assisting with event operations, attendee engagement, event setup and breakdown, and ensuring a positive experience for participants. Assist with the coordination and execution of promotional events, community events, and outreach activities. Engage with community members and answer general questions in a professional manner. Monitor event areas to ensure a positive attendee experience.
