This position offers hands-on experience in event management, client interaction, and promotional strategies. Responsibilities: • Assist in planning and organizing promotional events and campaigns • Interact with clients and attendees to ensure satisfaction and address inquiries • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and strategies • Monitor event activities to ensure compliance with company standards and client expectations • Provide on-site support during events, including setup, breakdown, and attendee engagement • Conduct post-event evaluations and report on outcomes for future improvement Requirements: • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred • Previous experience in event planning or customer service is a plus • Strong organizational and time management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks • Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
