As an Event Assistant, you will work closely with our event planning team to ensure the successful execution of various events. Responsibilities... • Assist in the planning and coordination of events from conception to completion • Collaborate with the event planning team to develop event timelines, budgets, and logistical plans • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and venue staff to ensure all necessary arrangements are made • Assist with attendee registration, check-in, and on-site support during events • Handle inquiries and provide information to attendees, exhibitors, and sponsors • Assist with post-event activities, including gathering feedback and evaluating event success • Perform administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, and maintaining event records Requirements: • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or a related field is preferred but not required • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and event management software is a plus • Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as required by event schedules Benefits: • Competitive salary commensurate with experience • Paid training and opportunities for professional development • Health benefits and retirement plans available after probationary period • Dynamic and collaborative work environment with opportunities for growth Powered by JazzHR
