We are excited to bring on new clients in the coming months and are hiring an Entry Level Event Assistant to join our growing event team! The Event Assistant will enjoy hands-on training and the opportunity to fast-track into a senior event role. Event Assistant Responsibilities: • Learn all of the various workings of our charity partners, their focus, and goals in the local community • Assistant local management with the on-site event logistics and fundraising responsibilities • Learn all of our company systems, structures, and logistics to streamline the development process • Learn various marketing strategies and systems to maximize all fundraising opportunities and increase revenue generation for our charity partners • Qualified associates will assist with compliance management, team management, and training new members of the fundraising team • Participate in training and development opportunities at our office to accelerate growth opportunities in upper management • Maintain all on-site compliance standards according to our charity and retail partners Event Assistant Requirements: • Experience in customer service, promotional marketing, retail, or sales environment is preferred but not required • A passion for opportunities to learn in a hands-on, fast-paced environment • Extremely comfortable with interacting directly with our clients, retail managers and potential donors • Ability to travel locally to various event locations • Must be able to work individually and with a small team • Self-accountability is a must Job Type: Full-time
